A recent study from Bringham and Women’s Hospital is reporting women can reduce the risk of developing hearing loss if they walk Woman Jogging Outsideregularly and maintain a lower BMI (body mass index). Most people do not attribute their ears and hearing to their overall health. Recent studies have also linked heart disease and diabetes as risk factors for early onset hearing loss. Additionally, some other recent studies from Johns Hopkins University are linking hearing loss with increased risk of dimentia.

The bottom line? Eating right and regularly exercising can not only help improve your physical well-being, but it may also help improve your listening skills and overall brain function.
